I have played several BOTC games where that was the case.

Kiiruma only outs evil if he thinks that itās going to help him win. If things are as you say they are, how does it ever help him win
We also have a hard Gossip claim with no other way for them to die than assassin. With the Town Crier information, it is nearly impossible for them to be good and for Kelsier to be evil doubleclaiming them as Gossip.

He might have believed that if town has a 4/4, him outting would make them believe something is wrong.
