On the other hand, how amusingly anticlimactic it would feel if you guessed a random selection of four evil players and the game ended immediately without warning.

Damsel guess is interesting because it provides an avenue for both alignments to use it in kind of different ways. I agree that Damsel guess shouldn’t be forced, but there are situations where a good player might want to damsel guess or where an evil might want to waste it.

My only gripe is that it’s a resource which costs very little for a good player to expend, and dramatically more as an evil slot. Like for example, a Huntsman could just always guess a random player as the Damsel immediately and then be more or less immediately trustworthy, whereas an evil has to expend their chance at a win condition to make it.

This doesn’t quite apply in conversion scripts, which is what I found fascinating about Bellatrix’s play in the U-Pick game, but the Demon making a fake Damsel guess to pass it on as genuine puts them under a lot of fire.
