The No Dashii only poisons its nearest Townsfolk neighbours, alive or dead. Kiiruma would be poisoning you instead of Hazard, so Hazard’s information would be sober. Hazard’s information says the Demon is between Silviu and Lotte, so Kiiruma can’t be the No Dashii in this world.
Icet could have been the self-cursing Witch with Chomps as the Tinker, theoretically yes.
…yeah I cna see Kiiruma Demon after he was being locked evil by that case actually. Your best bet there is to look like a Minion and try to convince town they don’t have time to kill you. I kind of think that might’ve been what I dreamed? It feels familiar
Mechanically if it doesn’t work it doesn’t work. Is there any world where we kill a Minion today and then F3 or is that out of the question due to chances of double kill

The Demon killed last night, so there’s no Po double kill and the Godfather’s probably dead. There hasn’t been any kill this game which had to be an Assassin kill to the exclusion of any other possibility.
If Chomps or Kiiruma is the Demon, killing anyone else would result in two evils alive tomorrow and therefore F3. If anyone else is the Demon, and a good player is killed, it’s an all-evil F3.

Killing Kiiruma does at least force evils to kill one of Lotte/Silviu/Nuto/Chomps though
if they kill Chomps, then they likely kill an evil player
if they kill anyone else, they remove a reasonable Demon candidate
