Someone at work has been flirting with me and I’ve not been very responsive to it. It’s gotten to the point where she was late for work today and a manager asked me if I had her number and I told them no and they asked me how do I not have their number. My interest in dating them is below zero. This doesn’t seem very productive to the concept of actually dating someone.

You can be interested in the concept of wanting to date someone and still not be romantically interested in a particular person

Nah the modern day def of dating is certainly a definition but it doesn’t need to be followed to the T l think
I have never gone out on a date w/ someone that I hadn’t already confessed feelings to so. I definitely don’t fit in with the traditional idea of dating so there is definitely a lot of people oit there who have similarish mindsets/views
