The star wars one that I play has the standard DnD 3.5 rules, it’s not how gray describes it.
I wish I wasn’t that late to comment.

its still a meme today?? people still make jokes about it??
north / south america are pretty underdeveloped in fate in terms of heroic spirits
especially south america
Maybe it’s tutuu living in the past, you know she’s a silly airhead girl
africa as well if you exclude egypt
and I don’t think they will start caring tbh
I’m not particularly familiar with the middle east but my understanding is that it is also underdeveloped in fate
Are we talking about like underdeveloped in general?
there’s a lot of opportunity for heroic spirits
and there’s not that much rep for them currently
Fate is very evidently written by japanese people because the love for cultural history inherent to the premise is kind of lacking when it comes to places outside japan
This doesn’t stop peak from happening but I am still salty about edison
“Oh yeah every president empowered Edison because it was Needed For That Plot”
People in america highkey worship the founding fathers
Whaddya mean a lot of them don’t qualify as heroic spirits
I feel worst for the rich cultural history of south american countries who were denied rep in LB7 in favor of more mesoamerica
(note: LB7 was set on the map as being in South America but it’s Mesoamerica for Some Fucking Reason)
That’s like setting something up as being in britain but no it’s actually about france
ok rant over
I still like LB7 (Camazotz/Daybit/Tez are really good characters)
Regular bricks are easier to come across.
Badly written woman characters in media are sooo plentiful and this fact fuels some men’s weird perception about women. People shape their perception of the world so much from media. Women in real life are night and day compared to the abundance of these terribly written characters
Didn’t know tutuu has seminar on woman studies
With old media I do find that the girls tend to be pretty blank as characters. Princess Peach is a frequent example at times except when she’s the heroess in her own stories.
