I dunno man being a mod isn’t as high-stakes as people make it out to be. The qualifications needed are “can you discuss things in a group well”, “is your judgement reasonable enough that you won’t set anyhting on fire before somebody else comes”, and “can you write a decent message if nobody else is around”

As a team there are certain tasks you need a Good Spirit or w/e to do, but if you have the ability to just… redirect them to other people, then other people can do them, and you can just help keep extra eyes and be an extra voice of reason
