My architectural dreams were purely in Minecraft.
Giant sakura tree hotel in the middle of the ocean that has an underwater library with a full-glass wall.

I’ve always loved the idea of a winding mansion where you keep finding new routes through it. My school building in London was like that: three neighboring buildings that had a bunch of ways to get between them and a bunch of weird paths to secret rooms.
Though when put that way, that kind of thing comes at the expense of “attempting to get to the kitchen for breakfast without having to optimize your path there”.
