evils bluff Outcast all the time for me, theyāll claim a role that another villager is already claiming

this is because thereās only 1 out of play Villager role in regular mode. In a Drunk game the Drunk is disguised as that out of play role. The Demon must always claim an out of play Villagerā¦ but it doesnāt count the Drunkās disguise as in-play
