I’ve been there. It sucks and I’m sorry. I’m not sure there’s anything I can say that will really help short or long term. I think trying to find a space where you can exist and be in community with other people around you that you can talk to and just exist with more regularly is something worth trying. It doesn’t mean that your current friends aren’t actually your friends, but it might mean that you need more than they’re able to give for one reason or another, and it’s no one’s fault. Idk where you are, but you could try looking for events at local game stores. Like one near me held a D&D event recently where you’d sign up and they’d give you a table to play a one-shot with.

Idk. I’m not sure that helps, but this is just my way of saying that I feel for you and want to do what I can to help you through it, but I’m painfully aware of my own limitations in this context
