you dont need to put a thumb on top but if you had to put one on top

also even if you dont clasp your thumbs, you need to clasp your pinky fingers. so there’s still a difference

unless you also arent clasping your pinkies, in which case you’re making a naruto ninjutsu sign

if your right pinky is on the bottom then thats equivalent to left thumb on top and vice versa

@Ash are you left handed

No; I’m right-handed.

I’m hand-handed

(it’s my first attempt of making a sudoku, but in theory it should be solvable with logic. (It definetly has a unique solution, I checked that one at least.))

Can’t believe they’re doing this the week before I go back to NYC.

I was playing a turbo & I decided to dog gimmick (since it was anon custom accounts dog flavor & i randed wolf) and I was generally doing well. except d2 i got vengeful’d because i proxied a kill for a wolf who couldn’t post onto that person pretty much at random (& then that wolf got modkilled d2). When later asked about this they said they were following a request for a policy hang. this request was made mostly by a third mafia player who then got dayvigged d2.

i am only a little bit salty about this series of events

Had to restart after 21-ish minutes because of a deadlock. Also, some errors appeared even though the extra regions differed.

Second attempt deadlock after ~4 minutes.

Steps:

  1. Three connected black kropkis in [R3~5, C7~8] in the same box; [1248].
  2. R9C9 = R3C8. Even number; [2468].
  3. Regarding the 4-length kropkis: Regardless of which order goes, R3C8 cannot contain [248] because of sudoku and negative black kropki restraint. Ergo, R3C8 (and by extension R9C9) is [6].
  4. R1C9 = R2C1. Even number that is not [6]. Ergo, [248].
  5. [R2, C7~8] is [36]. Ergo, [R2~3, C2~3] does not contain [36]. Ergo, they contain [1248].
  6. R4C3 is an even number that is not [6]; [248].
  7. “R2C1 + R2C9 = R3C3 + R4C3”. Ergo, R2C9 contains something within [1248].
  8. [R8, C8~9] and [R5~6, C9] cannot contain [36] because of R9C9 being a [6]. Ergo, they contain [1248].
  9. Look at C9. [1248] spread over 5 tiles. Impossible.

Not sure why, but it appears that none of the even squares have to be–
Oh. I misread extra region for even numbers.

Yeah, that explains why I got stuck.

what does dog gimmick mean and how do I do that in all of my future games

Yeah,
both of them have the same UI in the maker.
if I use the same color, the only difference is that extra regions next to each other get connected, while even cells aren’t

(c2r2 is an extra region cell here.)
