(They do, but I kind of never heard them complain about it, except the price tag of course. They don’t believe in single-home property tax, this is the only socialism they have in them that I appreciate.)

i somehow got taxed more in capital gains taxes than i earned which i really don’t understand. this is the second this has happened. i really should talk to an accountant about it or something
