literally the entire reason houndstone was unbanned and last respects was banned is because last respects stopped being its signature move
if a signature move is busted, ban the mon. sure. maybe not the best in this particular case, but it avoids complex bans when not strictly necessary.
when one move is a direct cause for multiple bans, that’s when you start asking whether the move is problem, and whether it’s healthier for the tier to just ban that instead
