you can tell the falsity of this message by subtle context clues:
the quotation marks around tutuu make it seem like the “kidnapper” doesn’t know that tutuu is their full government.
despite telling us to PM them, the “kidnapper” never gives any actual means to do so. we can theoretically assume it’s tutuu’s discord account, but there’s no indication that it actually is, which a real kidnapper wouldn’t do: they’re after the money, and wouldn’t make a obtuse statement like that if they planned this out enough to successfully kidnap someone.
we’re not tutuu’s friends.
