i was in the final round (they flew me out to chicag) for a very very hard to get and high paying internship and i was SO CLOSE and they told me that we would hear back within a week
but the one other girl there texted me that she got an email to schedule a call today and ive been death spiraling lol
like ik they don’t process thins immediately, sometimes they call for rejections, from the people i know who got the offer they got it a week after, but i can’t help but feel so so so bad

thats what i thought but its not like. it does anything to give anything with “manage messages” also pin message perms. the amount of access as a result of the new permission should not change. was it like. too much work to conditionally enable pin messages for all roles?

my understanding is that as of Now you can give people the Pin Messages permission, in January they’re making it so that people with Manage but not Pin will not be able to pin

it’s hard to think of reasons you might trust someone with delete perms but not pin perms but probably someone somewhere has a use for them

Yeah that part is easy, but as of this update you can now give people that (by enabling the Pin Messages permission)
