peanut butter is very tasty and one of the most efficient foods in terms of price compared to nutritional value (other than carb foods like grain and rice. peanut butter provides less cheap carbs, but cheap proteins and fats compared to most foods. its like the trinity force, it provides all 3 macros)
the only bad thing about it is its difficult to scoop out and spread on bread once the jar starts getting half empty. since its thick and dry. a spoon scoops it out easily, but spoon doesnt spread well since its dry. a knife spreads well, but it doesnt scoop well. i should probably start using a big knife for this

when i started eating it it almost hurt my throat from how dry it was. it still is unpleasantly dry at times but i got used to it. this might be a reason why its very unpopular compared to in the US. there is only 1 brand of peanut butter in one of the super markets here, and the other supermarket doesnt even offer any. im the only bulgarian i know that eats peanut butter
i wonder how do they make it runny / creamy. just add water? not sure. but have to add something, since i cant imagine dried and roasted peanuts having water
