this shit keeps me up at night, worrying about friends, worrying about myself, worrying about my future
i dont want one of the few online spaces i use as a joke to be filled with a ton of maga shit reminding me of the laws being passed, of people being disappeared by ICE for speaking out against the government, the fact that so many states are trying their hardest to make it illegal to be trans. like seriously dude. the fact multiple have said “hey, this made me uncomfortable!” and you refuse to reflect bc you were “taking shots at the current administartion”

there are ways to do that well and ways to do that not so well. This was a way to do that not so well, to put it lightly. The joke isn’t lost on people, but for me and others its hard to laugh when this is an actual reality we’re facing!

just like. Admit you did something wrong. Admit that a joke which is actively making people uncomfortable and making people not want to use the site is not “certifably good satire”. Reflect on your actions, please.
