pmuch everybody I know who truly loves that movie is, and directly cites how it speaks to their experience as asian americans when describing their love for it
for me the movie is about the relationship between a mother and her child. it relates to me a lot
that aside, nausicaa is a based af choice and i support it
i donāt think I have time to think about throwing together a top 10 rn but End of Evangelion to this day is my favorite movie Iāve ever seen
Nothing can match up to the truly unique experience of watching Fate/kalied liner Prisma Illya Licht The Nameless Girl
banned
Entirely fair
My top 10 probably looks like:
- A Silent Voice
- Inception
- Everything Everywhere All At Once
- Kubo and the Two Strings
- Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse
- Get Out
- The Godfather
- Fate/stay night: Heavenās Feel II. lost butterfly
- The Dark Knight
- Look Back
The fucking forks
correct choice and also maybe on my list lmao
first and third were good and all but Lost Butterfly was built different like holy shit
He finally makes a good fork and he tries to show her he TRIES to show her but she has killed herself with one of his shitty forks
My favorite is probably Across the Spider-Verse
But Iām more of a TV Shows person
I need to rewatch Evangelion at some point because I donāt think I processed anything that happened after Kaworu died.
fwiw a few others that would probably be on my list are
- Pacific Rim
- Jurassic Park
- Perfect Blue
- Redline
- The Dark Knight
you could also just not watch evangelion again
Too late
eva is fantastic
