This is wrong. Apparently I mistook the 1s and 9s early on, and now I have to re-do the entire thing.
Puzzle 3 (Tyrgannus), Step 1*
I bifurcated to see what would happen if the left-side 12-cage on Box 1 had the [1236]. I believe I made a successful bifurcation, but I don’t like the uncertainty of the correctness. Yet at the same time I am unwilling to spend more effort in backtracking, so I will have to make do with this result.
Alright. I think that’s enough sudoku for the day.
