I just googled “tracking collar dog” and “shock collar dog” and they both look extremely similar to each other. Subjectively it looks more like the GPS collars since the shock collars tend to have a bulkier block where the prongs are (this matches a shock collar I’ve seen on a guy’s dog in real life).
I mean he’s a kinda shitty guy who probably just didnt care to get out of his chair and check specifically. I don’t think that’s proof he’s actively torturing his dog lol.
Idk why he hasn’t shown the collar specifically. He coulda just not wanted to give any time to it, I mean that’s kinda a dumb decision but again that’s not how, like, burden of proof works.

and yes “everywhere” is obviously going to have people that will witch hunt hasan and also defend him regardless of what evidence is shown
