i think this is probably becasue i was determined to just look at my phone anyways on the drive to school so i kinda just got over it, esp by the time i was able to drive myself
it only happens when i’m looking at my phone tho; maybe a slight amount >4 hours into a drive or whatever
My motion sickness is the worst if I look at my phone 
My sleep schedule went from 3:30 a. to 6:30 am to 1:30 am to 4:30 am

I think you naturally drift in and out, forgetting the moments of consciousness when you go back to sleep, UNLESS you spot something important and pull yourself awake
I can’t sleep on trains I had a 9 hour train ride and had no sleep
I’d be in the hospital and I’d genuienly close my eyes and drift into my mind, but I wasn’t sleeping, it’s like I was skipping an hour each time I opened my eyes. Then I got kind of restless and just decided to stay on my phone
and the beating of a heart i hid beneath the floor
I’ve had situations where I woke up in the middle of night and had a sip of water and ordinarily never would’ve remembered it but spilled water which woke me up and made me aware
i normally can’t really sleep for more than 7 hours and i physically need around 10 so i atay in a weird semi-concious but unable to move state for hours at times
