I have fantasies about hurting those who have hurt me to alleviate stress but I don’t think I would want the fantasies to turn into reality. At least when I’m calm and in a normal state. If I were to defend myself (physically) from something really bad I might get enraged however

my brother is maybe ~40 kg (90 lbs) from my not great estimation from just grabbing him
