i like character lead things, or otherwise, an interesting mystery. mainly the former. slay the princess doesn’t manage to do either, and it’s mode of storytelling didn’t appeal to me. it was perfectly acceptable

and they got jonathan sims, the magnus archives guy, to do VA.

spoilers? about the end of magnus archives

did not like the ending there either. but i did enjoy 3/5 of the magnus archives very much.

the entire thing just felt… average. i wasn’t invested in any way, by a cool theme or cool characters or etc etc.
