We had to do a bunch of stuff in a Google Sheet, then paste the formulas into a Google Doc for the TFs to review it.

Apparently, they’re not doing that because TFs can’t grade the formulas directly.
Despite the fact this is literally a participation HW.

A TF is a Teaching Fellow. Basically a TA, if that’s more common terminology.

Imo, the more efficient way is to either have a macro run on their end using =FORMULATEXT() or to paste a fake set of data and see how the spreadsheet responds accordingly.
