in all seriousness i am still ~vaguely~ annoyed that the flavor of that ability has my name on it since
- i had nothing to do with it
- i actively dislike the ability
- a lot
- my name on it probably will make more than zero people think it was my idea
- or me being conceited
- meanwhile nobody will comment that the hallia flavor having the ability to summon a sprigatito is the actual case where i was being conceited and putting a katze in the game for no reason

so the big one I was thinking of was â if youâre the Main Host In Charge Of A Mash, responsibility for making sure that there will be people processing SoD/EoD/ITA sessions ultimately lies with you, itâs not the sort of thing you can count on someone taking care of if you donât do it. like most things, you can delegate it, but that requires⌠actually delegating it to someone else. This particular thing can also be imperfectly substituted for by just planning to show up to all of them yourself so that you know thereâll at least be someone, but only if you will in fact be able to do this (and even then, you probably donât actually want to be solo-processing).
and I think that you not making sure of this on day 2 was â probably worse than it seemed, with the caveat that I donât know how serious of a mistake you were perceiving it as? But I think it maybe seemed like a small issue, because in fact I did happen to check, 45 minutes before EoD, if there was literally anyone who was going to be around for it, and so the issues that happened in practice were smaller things like âthe main EoD processer doesnât understand how some of the roles work and canât process them until the host whoâs mobileposting from vacation shows upâ rather than bigger things like âno one shows up to EoD, players get the flip like half an hour late, the rest of EoD is either very slowly solo-processed by you from mobile on vacation or straight-up delayed, everyone is very mad at usâ. it was not overdetermined that I would check! when I made the post I was in fact assuming that you had arranged to make sure there would be people present at EoD, and basically just confirming that this was the case!
(this applies to a lesser extent to phase changes after EoD2, but tbf for subsequent changes it was clear that we couldnât assume you were making sure there would be people there)

Oh yeah the during-the-game stuff was my bad I shoulda made in advance clear that I would not be super available. I did not realize how big a toll Champs would pull on my mental capacity IIRC

I thiiink I noted at some point that I would not be super available during the game itself and thus wouldnât be very able to be the main person involved in processing but I shouldâve been clearer about âappointing somebody to to that insteadâ
