omg n.1’s airlock where they intentionally ran a very game relevant event specifically at 5am my time so I wouldn’t win the game except I stayed up and won the game and then complained about it and my criticism was brushed aside as I was ‘biased’

i used to be pretty afraid of gnats. nowadays it’s tapered off to a mixture of hatred and unsettlement
when i was about 10 years old swimming in our complex pool at dusk my mom took my kid brother to the bathroom and while i was alone a cloud of fucking gnats coalesced over my head. desperately tried to shake them. they kept following me. think i might’ve shook some eventually going underwater long enough across the pool. fuck gnats all my homies hate gnats

my phobia of insects is pretty much gone. still freaks me out sometimes but like, im able to go outside without high risk of a panic attack! and thats a huge improvement over Not Doing That
i think the last time I had anything resembeling a bug related meltdown was like may? and ive been outside a ton and around bugs since. im very happy ive managed to beat this fear bc it was heavily controlling my life and had been for yeras. honestly thought it would take more time but desperate times called for desperate measures ig.

I ordered their signature grapefruit fragrance mist like at the end of June. Then it was stuck in preshipment phase so I emailed them to resend it. They did. then a week later it got returned to sender, which I had to phone DHL for, and received the response it was because it contained ‘dangerous goods’. Love it when Olaplex tries to send me dangerous goods
Anyways out of their own volition before I could reply they refunded me before I could pass on the dangerous goods thing, then I told them, THEN just today I get a notification and email from Shop (shopify’s client facing portal) that they’ve dispatched another one
Like this is such a clusterfuck what is going on lol
