It doesnt look as pretty as the influencers’ on the youtubes but i just learnt they use corn starch slurry to make the sauce thicken i didnt know that , it makes sense. Next time it will look beautiful

Next time ill add bay leaf, corn slurry, maybe wine, mushrooms. Ill try mashed potatoes too

Nah i havent heard of rice stew before interesting

I cook decently often but mostly for myself and very low effort. Id like to cook more often and more high effort and learn many rexipes

This is a soup rn not a stew. I think. I dont know the distinction. But i guess stew is thick and soup is thin and has more liquid. I will diverge this into 2 dishes, both stew and soup. Vegetable soup. Replace the pork with mushroons. My mom adds feta cheese cubes to soups, ill consider that too

i think stew is more based on a lot of heavy stuff in it
