there was a hostile takeover of the mod team leaving me, amelia, and soweli as the only mods

katze is the new owner of the site. so far its been doing a good job and has only randomly banned 19 users bc it thought itd be funny.

during FAM it was revealed that the entire wolftema was actually in a polycule together and living in the same house, which lead to integrity issues when some of the wolfs died and were leaking spec chat (there were also a lot of relationship issues due to bussing within the wolf team)

theres a new generative AI that does pretty much all mod functions of the site called zugbot. its first act was to ban zug so no one could control it and we have reason to believe its scraping every single users information in order to hold us all hostage via threat of revealing our private information.

town has lost mountainous 5 times in a row and will likely continue to do so until the end of time

also, not related to fol ig, but mu got sued by dmitry davidoff for copyright infringement of the word mafia. they settled for an undisclosed amount of money and everyting seems fine now, except mu stands for “milk universe” now.
