so iâm laid down on (essentially solely on my back with maybe a slight tilt up at the end),with my left foot resting over my right foot
so i put my water bottle on my right foot and leaning on the wall a minute before, and when i reached for my water bottle, i pulled my foot a bit back and up and flung my water bottle into my awaiting hand
