I feel much better. Turns out i needed a good sleep. And to shut off lights. Sometimes i sleep with my lights on because (pls dont laugh) but when i was a kid i was terrified of the dark. So i feel a little safer with lights on. But yeah no shit ill wake up feeling like shit with this bright light beaming in my eyes all night
