Rules so far

Summary
  1. All segments of a snake must have the same sum
  2. Circles in a snake must be the length of the snake
  3. Cyan striped head means all numbers must be even, orange means all numbers must be odd
  4. Numbers for snakes with an arrow must increase in the direction of the arrow (always at the tail end of the snake?)
  5. Snakes with eyes on both ends must have the same numbers on those ends
  6. Orange-cyan striped head means numbers must alternate odd/even
