ive been falling asleep at around 7 am and waking up at ~11-12 am despite going to bed at 2 am for the last 2ish weeks so hopefully this helps
idk if its melatonin or what but my sleep has sucked even when I get a lot of it
but I also went to bed early last night and wasnt tired today so maybe I really do just need 9 1/2 hours

sometimes i get annoyed at how much easier life would be if i didn’t have sleeping problems
i can function on anywhere from 4-6 hours
i’ve tried like everything and i still get tired
I mean, like, the mix of supplements I take helps, and honestly it is probably that I just need an inordinately high amount of sleep, but man do i hate being tired always
dude my ability to work on no sleep has fucking evaporated over the course of the past six years

pretty much everything else is still in good shape but i used to be able to do like 2 hours average for a week and be basically completely fine
