the sleeping problems that you can kind of deal with but at high energy cost to sleeping problems that are insanely hard to deal with to sleeping problems that are no longer as bad as they were when they were insanely bad to deal with but still bad enough to cause noticable and longlasting fatigue which you eventually succumb to accepting as just being your life now and giving up on trying to fix it pipeline is so real
