The bonus two in r7c4 forces the 2 into r4c4. (Which makes the col 4 numbers in box 2 into a [3] and a [4]

Bifurcated by placing a [3] in R7C4 eventually leads to a deadend, but… otherwise, there’d be no immediate reasoning as to why [3] can’t be placed in R7C4.
It forces bonus two into r4c4. And r2c6. (These two both being bonus twos should be impossible.)

R4c4 has to be in col 5 in box 8 as well. (By sudoku.) That can’t be the bonus number either.
And if my calculation is right, the third number is one of [r5c4 or r5c6] (or [1 or 4] but those are proven not to be bonus two numbers in the first point.)
Either number from r5b5 is chosen, it is aready put down in box 4 as a bonus number.

I assume you’re playing hector mode and thus cannot bench him so yeah
presumably if he had hard mode he’d have hector mode
you don’t have to use hector if he rolled bad on level ups. being able to use his legendary weapon is pretty nice for the endgame but it’s not a requirement. if you don’t have stat boosting items just don’t bother probably
