they added a little asphalt “ramp” at the start of this year, that made it so that you could go up a curb I go on every day with perhaps an electric scooter.
and with no warning decided to remove said incline, at some point in the last 10 hours.
safe to say I ate shit

I wonder if someone added the incline that didn’t actually work at the school for the purposes of riding their electric scooter up it, and it was removed because it wasn’t “supposed” to be there despite being useful

my cousin is very insistant that we play online games together. he has always been like this. hes 7 years younger than me, i dont really vibe with him. i dont hate him, we just have different senses of humor. i feel obliged to not reject him coz he’s family. but he’s kinda awkward and like not realizing when he’s overstepping. he almost gets mad when he gets rejected. super super insistant, “play this”, “play this”, “you should do this” and when i politely try to excuse myself or hint that i dont want it he doubles down and insists more. and im a spineless coward and i struggle saying no to people. so it ends up exhausting me a lot. he exhausts me so much. i dont wanna just fully reject him coz i can tell he’s very lonely, he probably pushes people away unintentionally coz he’s just a bit overbearing socially and i dont wanna be another person to reject him. but like damn. i dunno what to do

You should still never feel obliged to do things you don’t want. Even if he’s lonely, bringing people to himself to get rid of it, doesn’t work because the synergy is forced and strained.
I’m sure he could make online friends or drift in some online space to make friends! But forcing people to spend time with him won’t do.

it was made of actual asphalt. Like, I dont think any student would spend the money on a contractor who, almost certainly, would know that this was unauthorized by the school
