the only reason im not vegan rn is cost and accessibility, my university dining plan has enough vegetarian options to get by, but maybe None vegan options, and it would be heavily impractical to try and like cook my own food in a dorm. with no cooking equipment
and then if i do get access to cooking equipment, id have to weigh the costs ofc, but iirc it is just more expensive to make many things vegan unless they were already vegan

oh no totally but vegan substitutes for non-vegan products need more time in the oven as well. like as Ash said they’d be unable to go vegan bc of dairy. Well if they did go vegan, the dairy they’d be eating would be filled with coconut oil as a substitute and that is literally pure fat. really not good for you
