perhaps confusingly, “cannot target twice in a row” on fol is called Avoidant, and “cannot target more than once per game” is lumped into our X-Unique modifier, where it would read as 1-Unique

And it is very inconvenient with the timing of the two in-person ones, as they’re both on different days.
