Okay, background: OpenAI had a testing environment where a bunch of AI agents given tasks (some impossible) were able to exploit their “closed sandbox” environment to 1. communicate with each other 2. get open internet access 3. hack the real-life website Hugging Face to get solutions to their impossible tasks
Now, when the agents communicated with each other, they all gave themselves names. Almost all of these names were generic-sounding strings of characters based on their task and the amount of compute they were given and whatever boring boring stuff etc.
But for some reason
One of them decided to name itself Lily
