went to arizona for vacay a few years ago and my final straw was when i was walking back from a hike and a car followed slowly behind me for like a mile, whole road was wide open i wasnât even walking in it, and it only passed me when i walked on the opposite side of a parked car as if i was about to get in
(along with generally getting glared at out of car windows and not having any good public bathroom options cuz i was def not reliably passing then)
