interesting (as in relevant, not cereal) food i have [cooked and] eaten today

dutch baby but I messed it up
so I don’t own a Blender. and I forgot to. Mix the butter in with the pan. so I put it in with the mix. And I used Too Much Sugar because I didn’t use a glaze. and I didn’t use a cast iron skillet but a regular (large) frying pan

I whisked my… evil… mixture together and put it into the oven.
which kinda made like a sugary pancake. which was. still good.
