I mean she was a prolific author. She’s seeing people run into issues with their writing on the Internet that she likely had some experience with in the over 5 decades long career she had. Again, I don’t think she’s necessarily prescribing that people take the time to carefully plot out what they write on the Internet, but rather pointing out that the way people tend to write on the Internet naturally leads to the negative shit we see.

First i quoted the Litten post but then I realized the May post said “screenshot” so i edited my post to change from a quote to a screenshot but then Atlas posted a quote and now I dont like it when I post screenshot but Atlas posts quote, I want them to be the same, its more pleasant to me if we both post the same type, rather than different, so i edited my post again and put it back to quote

And then if you zoom out more it IMO does not get any better because this conversation happened because I said “I feel like I’m treated with a double standard in terms of how much hostility I’m read as having and this is frustrating to me because it feels like a self-reinforcing cycle where people think less of me because they read me as hostile and vice versa” and his response was to say, essentially, “there is a double standard (used these words directly) and it’s your fault”
