like as somebody who managed to get away from both genshin content & the game (so most of the other 4-stars arenā€™t built) my impression is thereā€™s been like. 2? good four stars in the past ~4 years

It kinda follows a normal curve for me.
Thereā€™s a lot of variance between Barbara and, like, Kuki Shinobu, but I think that design-wise and personality-wise, thereā€™re a lot more hits than misses.
They certainly do a better job that HSR, which kinda gave up on the 4-stars a while ago.
