Finished Sudokuvania in 828 minutes, plus the boss puzzles.
@Zone_Q11

(although I slept in, while I was on the main puzzle, so that 828 is a bit skewed)

Some insight, (which would helped me in the long run) hopefully spoiler-less.

Once you finished maintance, the boss puzzle and the reward not really relates to each other, you should double-check the rule in the top left corner. (before that, more or less you unlock the mechanic used in the boss puzzle.)

The final hidden puzzle requires you to guess. (It has 2 solutions without seeing the parts hidden by the fog, and the fog reveals itself only after you put in all the correct numbers.)

And money bags are still considered money. (I was stuck for a while in the golden temple, cause of my misinterpetation, what those money bags could be.)

Nevermind…
The relevant fog clears itself, once you finish the main quest.
So without guessing, you can solve the final hidden puzzle, once you solved the last ā€œbigā€ area.

this shit aint gonna help cezer he can’t read enlish

Does anyone have any insights on how to quantify/predict compressur surge in radial compressors? Beyond just CFD ;-; i don’t wanna run one million ansys sims. are there any rough workflows? Also, does anyone have experience in blade design? How much of an isentropic efficiency loss can i expect from making the blades have sub-optimal loadings? Obv the LE is angled/placed for minimum mach and to align with the flow, but they might end up being straight lines bc log spirals aren’t giving me the pressure ratio i want.

alright who replaced may with an engineer

I got good, obviously. Now answer my questions >:( i read a random guy’s master’s (he’s a scrub) on doing some basic inverse design, but that’s purely euler eqs and so doesn’t include losses. I was thinking of coupling an inverse euler design routine with a full CFD to optimize for losses (IE have a couple control points for the loading instead of a ton for the blade shape directly) but idk if that helps with surge. Esp. since it’s a BL/separation phenomenon, I have concerns about numerical methods’ ability to predict the surge point anyways

I have a similar problem with the bladed diffuser tbh, i can do simple diverging channels but that has like an isentropic efficiency of 80% (empircal) which sucks. But i don’t also want to deal with doing inverse design there, and besides the incoming flow is unsteady and fucked so it’s hard to run CFD on it anyways.

The turbine design should be easier but might be hard to manufacture, since i can’t as easily get away with the 2d design. Does anyone know if a radial turbine is any good?

hey don’t you have your own account
