I think often when everybody agrees with each other that’s because people who don’t agree decide it’s not worth arguing and just don’t go into your space anymore

And in general I think it’s a lot healthier to have some level of like minor disagreement/tension/conflict considered acceptable because it helps avoid scenarios where people just kinda turn into assholes because they don’t get any pushback from anybody
