One of the most notable things about my Mahjong Soul enjoyment is that I have very intense opinions about which of the anime girls are GOOD and which are NOT, and the ones I think are bad are usually the ones I feel have the edges filed off and are too generic

the basics:
the 24-cages has to be 7-8-9
the cage in box 9 has to contain 8-9
the big cage needs to contain each number 1 to 9 once.
(And I will assume you found the [9] in r2c2.)

r6c6 can’t be [7] [8] ot [9] (it would force you to put the same number twice into into the big cage.)
so box 6 col 7 and box 8 row 7 can only contain 1 of [7], [8] or [9]. THis forces R1C7 and C1R7 both being a [8] or a [9] also forces both r6c7 and r7c6 doing the same. (you can’t place 8 or 9 anywhere) These two steps forces the [7] on the intersection of these two row/col into r7c7. Which solves the Box 9 cage. (5-6-8-9) It forces either the [5] or [6] on the blue line in column 6. But since r6c6’s maximum value is [6] only the [5] can be on the line. And you can put the [6] both in r2c7 and r6c6.

Box 8 on the blue lines you have the following combination:
row 7: 1-5, 2-4
row 8: 2-5, 3-4 (1-6 isn’t a legit pair for 7, since r6c6 blocks out the [6])
If you notice, the 2-5 would exclude both combination from the 6-sum line, so only the 3-4 pair is usable. Which makes the 6-sum into a 1-5. This particular 1-5 forces the 1 in box 9 into col 7, so the unused number on the blue line in column 7 [which needs to be placed into r2c8] is a [1]. This particular [1] eliminates the [8] from r2c3. And forces in either r3c2 or r3c3. And consequently in either r6c3 or r4c2. (the big cage has to have an [8] in box 2 at this point.) For deducing which one is the correct one (without bifurcation) let’s put away this thread for a bit.

In the box 3, we have 2-3-4 avalaible for the remaining 3 cells. Since R4c8 can’t be a [7] the [2] need to be places in col 9 in box 3. This solves the rest of out of cage in box 9, which solves back the rest of out of cage in box 3. Which lets you solve column 8 in box 6.

We need a little pencil marking and a little basic math at this point.
One of R3C2 or R3C3 has to be an [8] (see above) and 1 of R2C2, R3C2 or R3C3 has to be a [7] (cause of the 24-cages.)
pencilmarks we need to check at this point are the other side of the blue line in box 5.
R4C4 is [1-3-4-9] (The 7 in R6C8 makes forces the 7 in box 4 into the big cage or into R4C2, either cases removes the [7] from R4C4)
R5C5 is [1-2-5-7-8-9]

With this pencilmarks, we can’t make a sum of 15 (7+8) so the [7] in box 1 can’t be on the blue line. (it is forced into R2C3. Which puts [2] in R2C4. (it solves box 3’s Blue line.)

Box 7 each row outside of the cage can have a pencil-pair on them at this point. (due to sudoku. The most importan is a 1-4 pair in row 9)

Since either R3C2 or R4C2 has to be an [8] the 9 cage can be only a [1-8] pair. Which solves the pencilmarks in box 7. Also solve the [7] in box 4 into R5C2 which forces the [7] in box 2 into R3C6. Which forces the [9] in box 4 into R6C3 (and solves the 9-cage)

The rest is basically sudoku.
