BTW the people grading the biochem exam I just finished are probably insane.
My friend and I gave literally opposite answers to a question… and neither of us lost points for giving the wrong answer.
In fact, I was the one who gave the right answer, and I lost points… for not explaining “in enough detail” how cholesterol affects membrane fluidity, when the question literally was not asking about that
I also lost points for not saying a drug would have to be engineered to survive the acidic environment of the stomach and potentially would need to be encapsulated

but as far as I can tell they’re just taking points off when they feel like it

The place where my friend and I gave contradictory answers was the one where we’d talked about the question, I suggested a wrong answer, I realized the answer was wrong at like 9PM on the day it was due, DMed her panickedly, and she responded “sorry too drunk lol” and I felt SO bad
But she didn’t even lose points! And she got mimosas and I didn’t so I think I take the L here
