Technically in one week and the other week? They have to bring an anesthesia expert to come look at me and do further analysis then the next day: surgery then I am KO’ed until the day after

They also made me do a blood test and skin screening test which costs 300 dollars

This is a private clinic and I’m kind of very sensitized of stories of american healthcare lol. But either way besides the whopping 4000 dollars I have to pay which for some reason is the most expensive operation when it comes to mouth-nose-ears (we call them “OLR doctors” I don’t know how to translate).

I hope is worth it, I’ve heard from a friend that got their deviated septum fixed that they breathed so much better after

My cartilage is deformed caved in the far left back and the other is curved caving the front right side. Fortunately it’s not too bend out of shape to entirely prevent me from breathing, but it definetly sucks on a stuffy nose.

They told me I am a very unique case assuming he meant the zig-zaggy pattern my septum took and also that the bridgeway is entirely bent

How did u figure out it was like that in the first place

silviu has a special nose

Like how I figured out that my nose was growing crooked? My parents told me and then we went to the doctor and told me to wait until I grow out of being a teenager so it stops growing.

Insurance in general or just health insurance?

Guys tell me again, so how does y’all guys insurance works?

In Romania if you’re an uni student (me) or a legal worker, the state pays you if you go to the public hospital (but it’s horribly ineffective, think of it like UK or Canada), alternatively you can go like me to a private clinic and you can still use a part of your insurance as payment and for some operations if it’s not too expensive: fully.

The other ENT doctors actively discouraged me to have rhinoplasty done at public hospitals.
