the revolver is better than the pistol but it wasnā€™t really intended as a replacement for that

also the pistol just gets outclassed at every range during mid/late but iā€™ve only seen ultrakill do that right

sawed off is better close, mg42/immolator/explosives are better mid, rifle/sniper are better far. the only real use iā€™d find for it was when i was out of magnum ammo and wanted to pick someone off too far to realistically just shoot
