More recommendations (no longer limited to mystery games) Iā€™ve heard from word-of-mouth are Citizen Sleeper, Chants of Sennar, Nine Sols, Nier: Automata, and 1000xRESIST.

Maybe also the newly released Date Everything, but thatā€™s not gonna be on sale.
