what if i take an adrenaline solution when i wake up, use it to run around during my waking hours, and then become able to sleep?

The Unraveled video on stamina seemed to suggest that adrenaline-fueled exhaustion is perhaps going to worsen your problems versus solving them.

(I’m referring to the neurotransmitters aspect of it, which I was notoriously very bad at.)

The answer I’m finding is that it’s effectively a sedative that injects the neurotransmitter GABA, which slows the transmission of nerve signals, thus causing you to slow down.

Anyways, I could only name four of the neurotransmitters off the top of my head (not including GABA, given that it was what caused me to try and name them all), so there goes a year of pain and suffering in that class.

i had a nightmare where some unknown number called me and said they hacked my laptop and will send my browser history to everyone, i just hung up and unplugged the internet nightmare over
