haha, what a silly question. let me try to explain it like chomps would. studentswere protesting, because they thought that the government was being meanies. but the government was very dominant, and decided that the bad students needed to be punished. experts disagree on the specifics of the day, and i cannot say for sure, but i think you should read it for yourself. books are fun, or maybe, fan fiction…
